As one of the towns in the district of Johor Bahru... in the opinion of the author of this blog... it is not yet time for the Kempas zone area to have a new mall addition in this area for a period of 10 years (starting from when this blogpost is being typed) Kempas is a low population zone in the Johor Bahru city parish.
Therefore... in the opinion of the author of this blog... there is no need for the Kempas zone to have a new mall increase in 10 years (starting from the time this blogpost is being typed) as some malls in the Kempas zone are sufficient for locals shopping and strolling inside the mall area.
